Learning outcomes

  • Build on previous knowledge of DV to identify risk factors in relation to Domestic Abuse

  • Identify high risk cases of Domestic Abuse, stalking and honour-based violence

  • Explain how to complete the DASH risk checklist

  • Outline the role of IDVA’s & MARAC

  • Identify the key principles of safety planning with victims of Domestic Abuse

  • Identify the support and safety options available for victim/survivors
