To provide an opportunity for frontline staff to explore how to work confidently with all aspects of a person's identity in order to promote positive outcomes for all service users. This course will be delivered via Zoom in 3 x 90 minute sections with 2 breaks. Delegates will need to download the Zoom app before joining the course. Ideally this should be done a week before in case of any queries.
